Then we chase every past-due invoice on that account, by email and phone, with a log you can read.

Apply for a pilot spot

Ticket to Cash is new. We are taking 3 companies for pilots this month. There are no case studies yet. The one-business-day promise is backed by a refund.

From field ticket to paid invoice

When it reaches us

The ticket reaches us

By email, photo or upload. Your crews close out jobs the way they do now.

Before it is sent

We match it to the PO

Ticket and PO are checked against each other. Tickets that need your OK are held, and the clock pauses until you reply.

Within one business day

The invoice is in the portal

You add us as a user on your OpenInvoice, Ariba or similar account. We confirm how your portal handles this on the first call.

Past due

We chase it

Email and phone, on the one operator account in the pilot. Every contact is logged, so you can see who was called and what they said.

What the 30-day pilot includes

A log of every contact

Each call and email is written down, with the date and the answer.

You approve anything unusual

Odd tickets and disputes wait for your OK before they are sent or chased.

One operator to start

The pilot covers one operator's account.

Pilot price

$2,500for 30 days. Then $2,000 to $3,000 a month if you keep us.

The guarantee

If a ticket we have is not in the portal within one business day, you get the $2,500 back. Tickets on hold for your OK don't count.

Our goal is to shorten your days-to-cash. We'll measure it from your own numbers before and after.

Who runs it

Ticket to Cash is run by Chris Kipp. He is your contact from the first call.

Common questions

Do you need our portal logins?

Most portals let you add a user, so you can see what we do and remove us anytime. We check how yours works on the first call.

How will we know it worked?

Our goal is to shorten your days-to-cash. We'll measure it from your own numbers before and after. We are new, so this is a goal.

Who decides on odd tickets or disputes?

You do. Anything unusual is held for your OK before it is sent or chased.

What do you need from us to start?

Add us as a user on one operator's portal account. Then send us field tickets as they come in, along with the POs they bill against.

What does it cost after the pilot?

$2,000 to $3,000 a month. You decide at the end of the 30 days.
